About Opal
After robust careers in advertising and real estate, I accepted the challenge of going back to school at Virginia Commonwealth University to earn my Master of Social Work degree and become a licensed clinical social worker.

I finally figured out what I wanted to do when I grew up. I am truly now living my best life, and I can help you do the same.

I’m a speaker and a therapist. My work centers around creating safe spaces for growth, in professional and personal settings, often using the components of emotional intelligence.

Working with you, I lay the groundwork to help leaders to motivate others, using both logical and emotional factors that lead to more well-rounded and thoughtful decision making.
